The Merian Iselin Clinic is a state-of-the-art private clinic with a public service mandate in Basel. Our focus areas are orthopedics, surgery, and urology. With us, you will find meaningful work in a family environment where people are at the center.

Your main tasks

• Performing all cleaning tasks in the OR and orthopedic emergency
• Cleaning and disinfecting minor procedure rooms
• Ongoing disinfections and isolation cleanings
• Adhering to hygiene principles
• Waste disposal
• Proper execution of all assigned tasks. This takes place in the usual area of deployment as far as supporting colleagues both within housekeeping and, if necessary, in other clinic areas.
• Economical and environmentally conscious use of materials, devices, machines, and products
• Work is performed in shifts as well as on-call duties on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (shifts are distributed between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., workdays last 8 hours plus 1 hour lunch break)

Your profile

You have professional experience in cleaning; experience in hospital and/or OR cleaning is a great advantage. You understand and speak German well. You support the team through active collaboration and promote a good working atmosphere. Appreciative and respectful interaction and appropriate communication are a matter of course for you.
