HR Assistant (m/f/d)
from April 1 to September 30, 2026
Workload: 60%
Workplace: St. Gallen
What to expect
- Right in the middle of HR activities: Together with the team, you ensure that our personnel processes run smoothly
- Recruiting and onboarding: You support the search for new employees and accompany them at the start with us
- Organizational talent required: You contribute to ensuring that the data in our electronic personnel files is complete and up to date
- Contracts and more: You prepare employment contracts and certificates - in close coordination with the team
- Project work: Besides daily business, you can also get involved in varied HR projects with us and help further develop processes together with us
What distinguishes you
- In addition to a completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ), you bring experience in the HR field
- A completed further education (e.g., HR clerk) is a plus but not a must
- You enjoy working in a team and are eager to help shape the HR area
- Organization is your strength and you keep an overview even with multiple topics
- You are proficient in MS Office, enjoy administrative tasks, and pitch in where needed
