Activities
- Organization and management of the building services department
- Order processing including AVOR and offer negotiations
- Ensuring timely order processing
- Personnel management, employee deployment planning, and apprentice supervision
- Conducting employee interviews
- Participation in management meetings
- Budget responsibility and strategic further development of the building services department
Requirements
- Training as a sanitary installer or heating installer, ideally with leadership experience
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Negotiation skills and organizational talent
- Team player with good German skills
- Driver's license category B
