• You prepare mixtures precisely according to the recipe, ensuring consistent product quality.

• You reliably document your activities in reports and verification documents and record material withdrawals cleanly in the MES.

• You have completed training in the food sector (e.g., dairy technologist, cook, baker) or as a plant operator.
• You show flexibility through your willingness to work in a 2-shift operation and, if necessary, also in a 3-shift operation (you need your own vehicle).
• You have a good command of German, both spoken and written, and also bring technical flair and interest in systems.
• You learn new processes and systems quickly and find your way around filling systems and operating systems quickly.
• Your physical and mental fitness make you resilient – you remain calm and focused even in hectic situations.
