What you achieve

Posting incoming cash receipts
Co-responsibility for processing incoming supplier invoices
Monitoring and collecting outstanding accounts payable invoices
Processing supplier inquiries and master data
Assisting in processing private withdrawals
Checking and obtaining approvals according to competence guidelines
Assisting in managing asset accounting including asset inventory
Performing and monitoring quality controls (ICS)

What you bring

Successful completion as a commercial clerk EFZ
Experience with SAP and MS Office is an advantage
Resilient, independent, and precise working personality
Enjoyment in dealing with various stakeholders
Good German and French skills in spoken and written form
