We are looking for you
The association Kita Schildli consists of the Kita Schildli and the extracurricular care Trésor in Murten, the lunch table in Cressier, and the Kita Konfetti in Muntelier. The association is a private institution for family- and school-complementary
childcare and employs around 50 staff.
To complement our team at Kita Konfetti, we are looking for an
Employee 20-30% (Thursday/Friday) starting 01.11.2025 or by arrangement.
Your tasks include working closely with the other team members and supporting them in everyday
work with the children and household tasks. You ensure smooth information flow.
You preferably have experience working with children. You enjoy working in a team and maintain an open and respectful relationship with your contacts. Responsibility and team spirit are among
your strengths. You are motivated to create an inspiring day for and with the children together with the team.
We offer a varied and exciting challenge. Our work is supported by clear concepts.
We are a mixed-age, cheerful team. There is the possibility to take on additional assignments on
an hourly basis in addition to the fixed workload. You have the opportunity to further your education internally and externally. Good
