In a context of strong growth and to maintain our standards of excellence, we are strengthening our teams and recruiting a Methods Technician for one of our Manufacturing Units at the Sonceboz-Sombeval site, specialized in the production of technical and high-precision plastic components.
Industrialization & change management
- Ensure the application of design rules for manufacturability (DFM) from the development phases.
- Organize and participate in prototype campaigns.
- Write, structure, and validate manufacturing documentation (technical instructions, settings, master pass IT).
- Analyze, estimate, and optimize production times and costs.
- Design and integrate additional stations on automated cells (mechanical & automation).
- Program the means under your responsibility and define additional controls.
- Participate in product qualifications and perform MSA analyses to follow up on changes.
- Independently manage projects in mechanics and automation.
Series support & continuous improvement
- Train production teams on automated means.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of automated cells (OEE, quality, safety).
- Diagnose malfunctions and manage corrective actions.
- Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and quality (QRQC, training).
- Support teams during the start-up of new processes.
- Deploy security measures to follow up on customer feedback and qualify associated solutions.
With a Bachelor, License, or ES Technician degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in an automated industrial environment (production, industrialization, process).
