In the field of project management, we accompany the elevator systems from the offer process to project completion. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you – as a hub for all administrative, organizational, and coordinative tasks in the project business between project management, sales, and the technical departments.

Tasks:

• Coordination of project documents for customers, construction management, and internal departments
• Organization and preparation of project meetings, minute-taking, and follow-up on pending issues
• Management of project documentation (plans, contracts, approvals) and support in schedule monitoring and project planning
• Support in clarifications for offers and creation/preparation of supplementary offer documents
• Support in the preparation of approvals and project completions as well as in project controlling (hour and cost overview)
• Maintenance of project data in ERP / SAP / document management system

Profile:

You have completed commercial or technical training with experience in a comparable function in a technical environment. German is your native language and you can communicate very well in French both orally and in writing; English skills are an advantage. You have solid IT skills (MS Office, ERP, sales software), are a service-oriented and highly organized personality, enjoy working in a team (open-plan office), and have an independent and reliable working style.
