We are looking for a resilient personality to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

• Management and control of the tax department in professional, financial, personnel, and organizational matters
• Responsibility for the development and implementation of the tax strategy as well as ensuring compliance with legal regulations
• Leadership and support of the team in the tax department
• Coordination and monitoring of tax processes in close cooperation with internal and external partners

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration or a Swiss federal diploma in the field of taxes or an equivalent advanced training at HF/FH level
• SSK I and IIA or willingness to complete these
• Several years of professional experience in taxation with leadership experience
• Sound knowledge of national and international tax law
• Process experience and service orientation, with experience in the public administration sector being an advantage
• Good IT user skills, experience with the LuTax software is an advantage
• Resilience, flexibility, and a reliable way of working
