At the Civil Law Seminar of the University of Bern, we are looking for an assistant for the team of Prof. Dr. Mirjam Eggen.
The research areas concern contract law (focus on digital contract law and contract law) and financial market law (focus on digital means of payment). There is the possibility to write a dissertation. Start date is March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
What to expect:
- 60% position (one third of which is for the doctoral project)
- Compensation according to the cantonal scale
- Diverse research questions and joint publication projects
You bring the following qualifications:
- Good to very good master's degree (MLaw)
- Preferably bar exam
- Interest in legal issues of private law and/or financial market law
