We are looking for our anesthesia and SMUR service at Morges Hospital for a:

Specialized anesthesia nurse (M/F) at 100%

YOU HAVE

• A recognized Swiss Red Cross anesthesia nurse diploma
• First experience in a similar position in Switzerland
• The ability to take initiatives and responsibilities
• Good communication and listening skills
• A sense of teamwork

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Quickly assess the patient's needs and resources, identify their health status, prevent complications and maintain their physical and psychological well-being.
• Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a global therapeutic project
• Master anesthesia equipment and protocols, prepare equipment according to the patient, and ensure safety during anesthesia.
• Continuously monitor the patient's condition during anesthesia, react quickly to clinical changes, and intervene in case of vital emergency.
• Complete necessary documents, transmit patient information for continuity of care, and communicate effectively with the medical team and patients.
