We are looking for our anesthesia and SMUR service at Morges Hospital for a:

YOU HAVE
- A recognized Swiss Red Cross anesthesia nurse diploma
- First experience in a similar position in Switzerland
- The ability to take initiatives and responsibilities
- Good communication and listening skills
- A sense of teamwork
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Quickly assess the patient's needs and resources, identify their health status, prevent complications and maintain their physical and psychological well-being.
- Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a global therapeutic project
- Master anesthesia equipment and protocols, prepare equipment according to the patient, and ensure safety during anesthesia.
- Continuously monitor the patient's condition during anesthesia, react quickly to clinical changes, and intervene in case of vital emergency.
- Complete necessary documents, transmit patient information for continuity of care, and communicate effectively with the medical team and patients.
