Starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a
two trainers in platform development and ICT specialist, with 90% and 100%
(please specify preference 90% or 100%)

We offer you
- Responsibility for the professional training of apprentices including planning, implementation of learning objectives, project development of the platform developers and ICT apprentices to be trained
- Development and implementation of training sessions as well as monitoring the training process
- Analysis of the professional, social, and methodological skills and resources of the apprentices, initiating corresponding development steps and individual support
- Coordination, execution, and evaluation of individual practical work (IPAs)
- High personal responsibility in a well-coordinated, professional team
- 40-hour week, including 2 paid breaks per day
- 5 – 6 weeks of vacation and paid bridge days
- 70% of pension fund benefits covered by ESPAS

What you bring
- Completed training as a system technician or platform developer with professional experience
- You have experience with the following technologies: Windows Server, Linux basics, Proxmox, Unifi
- Experience in training apprentices in the ICT field is desirable
- Experience in mentoring / professional integration / social work or willingness to further educate yourself in this area
- Good knowledge of the labor market and its requirements
- Resilient, conflict-capable, authentic, and communicative personality
- Independent and structured working style as well as pronounced organizational skills
