Head Chef on the Ship (a)
80% - 100% Lucerne
We are looking for a Head Chef (a) by arrangement
(no room hour)
Here is what you will do
- You organize the kitchen station and work independently
- You ensure a smooth daily routine
- You are the contact person for kitchen and office staff
- You prepare the orders for the following day.
- You ensure the consistent implementation of the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP)
What we expect from you
- You have completed training as a cook (EFZ)
- You have several years of professional experience and ideally bring some leadership experience
- You speak fluent German
- You enjoy working in a team
