Your Tasks
As the Digitalization and ICT department, we provide comprehensive IT & project services and conduct business analyses for our stakeholders. The ICT Business Services department is responsible for processes, projects, and support within ICT. You are the advisor and ambassador within the clinic and work closely with the business.
For the management of ICT Business Services, we are looking for someone who wants to make a big impact in the team. Social skills, willingness to learn, and an active contribution to team culture are just as important to us as strong technical skills.
Your tasks:
- Professional and personnel management of four teams (ICT Business Partner, Project Management, Data Science, Support / Service Desk).
- Partner and relationship management across all leadership levels at all locations supported by KSA-ICT.
- Active participation in shaping digital future issues – around automation, integration, and smart interfaces.
- Close collaboration with the Head of Digitalization & ICT and the management team to jointly advance key strategic topics.
- Establishing new initiatives as well as developing, supporting, and leading ICT projects and smaller ICT activities considering costs, quality, and deadlines.
- Conducting business analyses and developing solution concepts focusing on new business initiatives around digital health, process optimization, and standardization of our ICT services.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training with further education or higher education (HF/FH level) in project management, computer science, business and/or medical informatics.
- Several years of experience in project management or ICT business service, preferably in hospital/medical informatics environment, as well as leadership experience.
- Good communication with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and cross-process thinking and acting even in complex problem situations, as well as goal-oriented working style.
- Business management thinking, high service mentality, and strong quality awareness.
- Confident appearance and enjoyment in leading employees.
- Very good German spoken and written, English skills are an advantage.
