In this versatile and exciting role, you can gain fascinating insights into daily business and actively support the operational unit at our location in St. Gallen. The start of the internship is individually negotiable and the duration should be between 6 to 12 months. You can expect a dynamic and appreciative working environment, a motivated team, and comprehensive insights into a growing region in this internship position.
Your main tasks:
- Various projects in organizational development
- Supporting regional Key Accounts
- Maintaining filing and folder structure
- Assisting with invoicing
- Obtaining quotes
- Placing orders
- Supporting time tracking
Your profile:
- Ongoing studies (Bachelor or Master)
- Interest in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, or similar
- First administrative experience is an advantage
- Good PC skills and affinity for using various tools
- Curiosity and willingness to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar areas
- High motivation and commitment
- Independent and structured way of working
