Employee ICT Support (m/f/d)
full-time, location Bützberg
This is your area of responsibility:
- You support our users in 1st and 2nd level support – by phone, email, or directly on site – and independently or as part of a team resolve IT issues.
- In doing so, you work closely with client management as well as the server and network team and take on tasks in user and permission management (Active Directory).
- You set up workstations, maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices, and assist with purchasing and maintaining the hardware inventory.
- In addition, you create and maintain technical instructions and documentation.
This is what you bring:
- You are communicative, have a quick grasp, and enjoy a varied activity in IT helpdesk and client management.
- You have completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or ICT professional EFZ.
- Service orientation is a matter of course for you, and you already have experience in IT support.
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems, Active Directory, networks, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- You communicate confidently in German and English; French skills are an advantage.
- You have a category B driving license.
