Job Description

• Perform delegated medical care and autonomous role care rigorously, respecting criteria of efficiency, comfort, economy, and safety
• Provide quality care while applying current quality and hygiene standards
• Offer personalized nursing care taking into account the patient’s goals and needs
• Communicate orally and in writing to the multidisciplinary team observations, actions, and evaluations made with the patient
• Manage pharmacy and material orders considering the service’s needs
• Ensure proper maintenance and use of the nursing record
• Actively participate in medical rounds, note and apply prescribed orders

Qualifications

• Holder of a HES nursing diploma or equivalent recognized title
• Professional experience in rehabilitation, neurology service, and orthopedic surgery is an asset
• Professional awareness, versatility, flexibility, and dynamism
• Stress resistance
• Team spirit
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Good knowledge of English
