Production Pharmacist

The pharmacy of the HFR ensures the supply of the various sites of the network. It manages a drug information center and offers clinical pharmacy services. Various preparations that are not available on the market (prescription and small series) are also manufactured there.

For the production sector (centralized preparation of cytostatics, sterile and non-sterile production) of the HFR Fribourg - Cantonal Hospital pharmacy, we are looking for a

Production Pharmacist
100% until April 30, 2026
then 80% (60% permanent + 20% renewable fixed-term contract)

Your mission:

• Validate prescriptions and release preparations (aseptic and non-sterile production as well as cytostatic preparations)
• Participate in the maintenance and development of the quality system
• Participate in various interdisciplinary projects
• Be responsible for the management of oncological clinical studies at 20% on a renewable fixed-term contract

Your profile:

• Federal diploma as a pharmacist
• Professional experience in hospital or industrial pharmaceutical production with good knowledge of GMP is an asset
• Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language
• Autonomous personality with a sense of responsibility, initiative, and good communication skills
