Salesforce Senior Developer

Your mission:

• You design and develop scalable Salesforce applications (custom developments, API integrations, DataWeave, MuleSoft)
• You deploy modern interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Experience Cloud (clients, partners, employees)
• You use Salesforce standards (Flows, Agentforce, Einstein/AI) to automate and accelerate implementation.
• You analyze business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Administrators, and Architects.
• You ensure the full development cycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• You implement multi-cloud automations and integrations (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, Field Service, Experience).
• You contribute to the Architect's technology choices and mentor junior developers respecting best practices, security, and performance.

Your qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in Salesforce development in a multi-cloud environment.
• Excellent mastery of Apex, APIs, DataWeave, Salesforce integrations, and automations.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows.
• Mastery of Experience Cloud and Salesforce standards (automations, security, data governance).
• Proven experience in complex integrations and implementing data-oriented solutions (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.).
• Good understanding of system architectures, performance, and application security.
• Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II) are essential; Architect and AI certifications are a major asset.
• Excellent English skills (minimum C1). German is an important asset.
