Your tasks
- You take on the methodological leadership of the DevOps team in the role of Scrum Master and ensure smooth implementation of agile principles and processes (focus)
- You bring in new technical and methodological impulses to continuously develop the team
- You are active throughout the entire software lifecycle: from idea generation through technical conception to production
- You analyze requirements, create technical designs, and contribute your ideas to the further development of our platform
Your profile
- You have experience in the role of Scrum Master and are ideally certified
- You have already worked as a Professional Software Engineer and bring solid knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Typescript
- You have a university degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
- You like to take ownership, bring your own ideas, and set impulses in the team
- You have very good German skills and can express complex issues clearly and precisely
