What you achieve:
- Ensuring high-quality web and app tracking, among others for website, customer portal (web & app), and other digital services with Adobe Analytics.
- Translating technical requirements into tracking and IT specifications in close collaboration with departments, IT, and external partners.
- Creating reports/dashboards and ad-hoc analyses as well as conducting analyses to generate insights and recommendations for action.
- Advising departments on KPI definitions, use cases, and data-driven decision bases along the customer journey.
- Contributing to the development and further advancement of the BI and reporting landscape (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics).
Why you succeed:
- You combine your independent, flexible, and implementation-oriented personality with a strong customer and service orientation. In addition, you have a (technical) university degree in a quantitative field of study (e.g., business informatics).
- Several years of experience in web and app tracking with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics, ideally in the environment of websites and customer portals.
- Experience in mediating between departments and IT as well as in creating clean tracking and data concepts for user journeys.
- Strong analytical skills with a can-do attitude, paired with a structured way of working aimed at the highest quality and reliable results.
- Strong communication skills and consulting competence in German to clearly convey complex analyses to various stakeholders. English is a plus.
