Mission
You will be a central element as well as the first point of contact in the positive experience of our patients to ensure a smooth, efficient, optimized, and consistent level of service.
As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for responding quickly and qualitatively to patient requests via our various platforms and will handle and follow up on various administrative tasks.
In this role, the main activities are as follows :
- Telephone reception and management of incoming and outgoing calls
- Follow-up and communication with various digital tools
- Scheduling and organizing appointments
- Management and follow-up of various administrative tasks
- Administrative management of patient files
- Management and follow-up of patient complaints
Profile, training, and skills
- Proven experience in a similar position or CFC as a customer relations agent
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written – Native language
- Good knowledge of English – Level B1-B2
- Knowledge of several foreign languages would be an asset
- Comfort with common IT tools – Microsoft365, CRM
- Rigor, sense of planning, organization, and priorities
- Ease on the phone and in customer service
- Possess great listening skills and excellent interpersonal qualities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Open-mindedness and flexibility
