Shape the future of energy supply with us! As a Senior Project Manager for Substations, you will take responsibility for complex projects in the field of substations and network construction – focusing on quality, time, and costs. Become part of our team and contribute your expertise.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Management of large and complex projects in the field of substations and network systems with a focus on Time, Cost, Scope, and Quality.
Ensuring project communication and leading all stakeholders, including negotiations with customers, suppliers, and authorities.
Conducting risk and opportunity management as well as scenario analyses.
Responsibility for contract, claim, and change management specifically for substation projects.
Leading interdisciplinary project teams and coaching team members.
Planning and controlling procurement as well as monitoring compliance with safety regulations and relevant standards (e.g., ISO, SIA).
Ensuring the functionality and quality of the overall systems.
Profile & Requirements:
IPMA certification level B or comparable qualification.
Experience in managing large projects in the field of substations and network systems.
Knowledge of construction phases and processes according to SIA as well as Earned Value Management.
Strong communication, leadership, and financial skills.
Negotiation confidence and decisiveness in difficult situations.
Ideally experience with digitalization and BIM interface management.
Complex business understanding (e.g., full cost accounting, revenue recognition).
