Our hospital ensures comprehensive outpatient and extended inpatient basic care for the canton of Uri with its extensive range of services. For the acute care area, we are looking for a immediately or by arrangement a certified nursing specialist FH in the role of specialist responsibility. Or a certified nursing specialist HF who is willing to complete the bachelor's degree part-time. On the interdisciplinary large-bed ward with 62 acute and 3 postpartum rooms, we want to maintain and continuously improve the quality of care. As a specialist responsible, you actively work in the management team and teach the staff in the area of expertise. You work in the cross-departmental specialist group and help to drive process optimization interdisciplinarily.

YOUR TASKS

As part of the management team, you are responsible for the development of nursing quality in practice
As a member of the steering group for specialist responsibility, you share responsibility for implementing the hospital strategy in the area of nursing and therapy
You actively work in shift operations and pass on your expertise to employees, students, and trainees
You contribute your knowledge in project groups

YOUR PROFILE

Professionally completed training at FH level or willingness to complete the bachelor's degree part-time
Ideally several years of professional experience in acute care
Basic knowledge in scientific research and best practice
Experience in project and concept work is an advantage
A communicative and empathetic personality with high social competence and personal responsibility
