Your range of tasks:
- Professional and organizational leadership of the maintenance team.
- Duty and deployment planning of employees.
- Coordination of internal and external specialists.
- Operational work in daily business.
- Planning, organization, and implementation of repair, modernization, and construction projects.
- Monitoring quality, adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Ensuring the functionality of all technical systems, supply systems, and
- Troubleshooting and emergency management.
- Promoting a positive team culture, motivation, and development of employees.
- Material and inventory management, maintenance of documentation and maintenance plans.
- Completed vocational training as an electrician/electrical installer or completed apprenticeship in a manual profession.
- Alternatively: training and further education in a technical/manual profession.
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally with leadership experience.
- Knowledge in electrical installations, building technology, and mechanics.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- High sense of responsibility, resilience, and flexibility.
- Strong team and communication skills.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekend shifts.
