As the market-responsible transport company, we are significantly responsible for the development and implementation of public transport in and around Winterthur. We transport over 30 million passengers annually and cover around 6 million km with almost 100 vehicles.
From 01.10.2025 to 30.09.2026, you will be employed as a test customer on an hourly wage basis. In addition, you will be trained and prepared for your deployment.

Your Tasks
- As a test customer, you assess the activities of Stadtbus Winterthur and evaluate the condition of our infrastructure.
- You perform the activity almost exclusively while on the bus operation.
- The scheduling of working hours is partially flexible.
- The areas on which you provide us feedback include: Friendliness, helpfulness, driving style, punctuality, cleanliness, and information in the vehicle
Your Profile
- 25 to 65 years old
- Resident in the catchment area of the city bus lines and regular user of the city buses and holder of a subscription
- Willing to work irregular hours (during operating hours and also evenings and nights including night buses)
- Very good German skills as well as good observation and comprehension skills
- Good PC user skills, a PC (Windows) and internet connection at home must be available
- Smartphone with data package or internet access must be available
