The collegial team of Rettungsdienste Nordwestschweiz AG ensures reliable and professional preclinical emergency care for around 127,000 residents at the Reinach BL and Breitenbach SO locations 365 days a year. In our varied, rural operational area, we respond to about 7,000 missions annually.

In this exciting role, you bear the professional responsibility for our quality management system and actively shape the future of our emergency medical service. Your focus is on the continuous development of the QMS as well as the digitization of our processes. About 30–40% of your time is dedicated to maintenance, optimization, and innovation in the office or on the emergency physician vehicle (NEF). The rest of the time, you are additionally deployed as a certified paramedic HF – close to practice and always in direct exchange with our team.

As a managerial employee, you also take on on-call duties as an operations officer and as a medical operations leader (EL-Sanität) in the event of a mass casualty incident (MANV). You are the central contact person for our operation and our employees, for example in cases of illness or special organizational situations. With your commitment, you ensure that we remain operational even in challenging moments and can fulfill and further develop our high-quality standards.

• You have completed training as a certified paramedic HF
• You have completed further training in quality management or are willing to attend further training (NDS/CAS/MAS)
• You are willing to regularly perform on-call duties as a duty officer
• You possess the EL-San diploma or are willing to obtain it (SFG-P/FKS)
• You have high communication skills and a pronounced service orientation
• You have high social competence and are mentally and physically resilient
