Constructor - civil engineering orientation (m/f/d | 100%)
Specifically, you will assume the following tasks:
- Design of precise 3D models of projects with precast concrete elements
- Creation of execution or production documents (formwork and reinforcement plans, including reinforcement and embedded parts lists as well as assembly plans) according to specifications
- Responsible for the quality of models/plans and the implementation of models from the engineer, project manager, and architect
- Direct contact with external services to discuss/resolve details, after consultation and feedback to the project manager
- Active collaboration with project managers for the technical and financial optimization of projects
- Collaboration in the development of the company's internal BIM process, including the creation and management of databases, process optimization, etc.
- If interested/qualified: after a training and initiation phase, expansion of tasks towards creating quantity calculations and visualizations to support the sales department
Conditions to join us:
- Complete professional training as a draftsman and/or civil engineering studies - civil engineering orientation
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the construction sector; experience in precast concrete would be a considerable asset
- At least 3 years of professional experience in design using appropriate 3D software; Tekla Structures is a major advantage
- Very good imagination and technical understanding
- Interest and enjoyment in details/technical challenges that are sometimes very complex and delicate
- Stress resistance and high autonomy, strong ability to set priorities and communicate
- Native French or German speaker with good knowledge (level B2) of the other language orally and in writing
- Interest in new technologies; digital transformation, 3D, BIM, etc.
