You are responsible for the availability, security, performance, and resource consumption of our IT infrastructure. In doing so, you ensure stable and scalable operations according to the service catalog and SLA – also in collaboration with our outsourcing partners.
In addition, you take on the following tasks:
- Participation or leadership of infrastructure projects as well as consulting in process and IT matters
- Data maintenance and cleaning as well as analysis and resolution of disruptions
- Coordination of further developments and support tickets with external partners

You bring training (HF or apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ) as well as several years of experience in IT infrastructure. With analytical thinking and your solution-oriented working style, you convince as much as with your communicative appearance and your joy in teamwork.
Additionally, you are characterized by:
- Very good knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Sentinel as well as access and identity management
- Quick comprehension and pronounced problem-solving skills
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Airline experience is an advantage
