Development / Real Estate Coordinator 80%

As the administrative pillar of the real estate and construction department, you coordinate development projects (openings, renovations, restaurant closures) and ensure the smooth running of internal processes, budget monitoring, and administrative compliance.

This role offers a great opportunity to actively contribute to key administrative processes, such as managing purchase requests, tracking purchase orders, and accounting via Oracle, while ensuring documentary compliance with internal controls (Sarbanes-Oxley). It involves close and rewarding collaboration with the Finance, Operations teams, and external partners.

Main area of activity and responsibilities:

• Be the contact point for the construction department for the new accounting system (Oracle)


• Support the team on all topics related to the accounting system, manage purchase requests and purchase orders


• Work closely with Finance to facilitate monthly closing and monitoring of Development projects (new restaurants and renovation works)


• Ensure follow-up of internal processes (Sarbanes-Oxley) and keep documentation and controls related to these processes up to date


• Backup for other real estate tasks

Your profile to succeed in this role:

• Commercial training (or equivalent)


• Native German or French speaker, with excellent command of the other language (spoken and written)


• Several years of professional experience, ideally in a dynamic environment


• Open, flexible, well-organized, and autonomous personality


• Ability to take initiatives and work both in a team and independently


• Very good computer skills, especially Excel


• Comfortable with new technologies (e.g., managing software interfaces, extracting and creating reports)


• Knowledge of English is an asset
