What you will do here
- Support and coordinate in the Bachelor and Master programs; especially in modules related to forest process engineering and development planning
- Collaborate in teaching organization and instruction: prepare forestry-technical teaching materials and co-design small teaching sequences
- Organize excursions, courses, and exams
- Supervise student work and oversee pre-study interns
- Part of your work is administrative – you take responsibility for organizing modules, exams, and excursions and support lecturers both behind the scenes and in smaller teaching units
- You fit well in this position if you have a clear connection to forestry practice – either from your studies or from initial professional experience; if you are enthusiastic about both pedagogical tasks and structure and organization and enjoy mediating between people, topics, and tasks
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (FH or university) in forest sciences, forestry, forest management, or a closely related field with a recognizable connection to forestry practice
- Knowledge in forest process engineering, development planning, or forest planning
- Interest in the didactic conveyance of forestry content and supporting students in practice-oriented teaching formats
- Openness to using digital teaching tools (e.g., Moodle, MS Teams)
- Very good German skills; French skills desired, English skills an advantage
