Team Leader Finance and Administration (100%)
Your area of responsibility:
- Personnel and professional leadership of the finance team
- Ensuring financial and asset accounting including closing and audit work
- Active participation in daily business including deputizing
- Ensuring continuous development of processes and efficiency
- Project management for the introduction of Abacus by 2027
Your profile:
- You have a commercial education with further training in finance (Federal Specialist Certificate in Finance and Accounting) or equivalent (e.g., fiduciary specialist certificate).
- Solid experience with Abacus
- You have already gained initial experience as a team leader.
- You are confident with closing and familiar with common regulations (OR, DBG).
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various departments
- You bring a hands-on mentality, initiative, and responsibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- French and/or English skills are required.
