Company Description
The State Court (www.stgh.li) is a constitutional court with comprehensive review powers. Natural and legal persons can file an individual complaint with the State Court and argue that the decision of a final court violated their fundamental rights. The State Court is also a norm control authority, whereby it can annul unconstitutional norms in whole or in part.
Job Description
The legal internship at the State Court includes the following areas of activity:
- Legal research in constitutional and state law, especially on fundamental rights
- Drafting legal documents, e.g. draft decisions
- Further development of the data infrastructure, such as the database on fundamental rights
Qualifications
You are particularly characterized for this position by:
- Completed studies in law
- Interest in constitutional and state law, especially fundamental rights
- Strong analytical skills
- Independent working style and eagerness to learn
- Creative approach to problem-solving
