HR Assistant 80-100% (m, f, d)

Your tasks

• Personnel administration from A to Z (entries and exits, contracts, certificates, agreements)
• Management of working time and absence processes including handling of accident/sick/EO notifications
• Careful maintenance and updating of personnel master data
• Support in payroll administration for our three companies
• Creation of precise and meaningful statistics and reports
• Support in the care of our employees
• Participation and organization of various HR events (introduction days, training, anniversaries, retirements)

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Further training in human resources is an advantage
• Experience in a comparable position
• IT affinity, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German spoken and written, French is a plus
• Independent, reliable and precise
• Open, willing to learn and committed
• Enjoy responsibility and active participation
• Clear, direct and mobile in dealing with people
