Youth Work in Küttigen

Your main responsibilities

• Planning and realization of youth work offerings in Küttigen
• Active relationship work with young people
• Design and implementation of various programs and projects (e.g., youth festival in Küttigen)
• Ensuring networking, public relations, and communication with all stakeholders
• Networking within and outside the city administration and the municipality of Küttigen
• Administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed training as a social worker FH or sociocultural animator
• Ability to engage with youth and young adults aged 12 to 18
• Enjoyment in relationship work with young people in a low-threshold work environment
• Willingness to work irregular hours (evenings and occasionally on weekends)
• Ability to plan and act independently, responsibly, and impactfully
• Open, team-oriented, and motivated personality
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Application knowledge of Microsoft 365/Outlook, etc.
• Driver's license is an advantage
