As a Business Analyst & IT Project Manager, you ensure that business requirements are understood, structured, and translated into sustainable technical solutions. You drive the digitization of business processes and are responsible for IT projects from the idea to successful implementation. A special focus is your role in the PUMA (Publication Management System) project: Here you take on a coordinating key position between the library, Business Applications, and an external implementation partner (DSpace specialist).

• Analysis and further development of business processes
• Structured collection and prioritization of requirements
• Management of IT and digitization projects
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders
• Translation of business needs into viable technical solutions

• University of applied sciences degree or comparable education/training
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar interface function
• Practical experience in IT or digitization projects
• Excellent analytical skills and very good technical understanding
• Very good German and good English skills
• Structured, solution-oriented working style combined with initiative and implementation strength
• Ability to reconcile different interests
• Team spirit and reliability
