The Office for Economic Affairs of the Liechtenstein National Administration (www.avw.llv.li) is responsible for the areas of economy and labor. We oversee the topics of trade, location promotion and innovation, working conditions, goods traffic, intellectual property law, energy, as well as casino supervision. We are also responsible for job placement and unemployment insurance.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Leading and participating in internal or administrative digitalization projects
- Structured analysis of professional requirements into functional IT specifications (re-design of business processes)
- Taking over IT coordination within the department (1st level support, power-user roles, rollout projects, coordination of stakeholders, implementation of IT subsystems, etc.)
- Creating project proposals and concepts as well as conducting workshops/trainings
- Testing new IT applications, functions, and tools
- Management and continuation of the Internal Control System (ICS)
Qualifications
You are particularly characterized by the following for this position:
- Higher education in business informatics/business administration with a university/FH degree or comparable education
- At least 2 years of experience in IT business analysis and/or IT project management
- Familiarity with digitalization processes in the public sector and process modeling
- Fluent German and English skills
- Ability to conduct trainings and convey technical content understandably
