Früh Verpackungstechnik AG is a successful Swiss industrial company based in Fehraltorf with around 700 employees. We are a leading contract packer as well as a manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions for medical technology and pharmaceutical products.

We are looking to strengthen our team in Fehraltorf with a: 

Your tasks with us:

• Setting up the assigned lamination machines according to specification documents
• Checking machines set up by other operators for line release
• Operating the assigned machines to produce products according to specification documents as well as documented processing of the order
• After training and instruction, operating the existing lamination machines
• Performing in-process controls according to specification documents
• Reporting deviations and quality issues
• Assisting in optimizing workflows
• Regular maintenance and machine servicing
• Practical introduction and support of candidates and trainees
• Active assistance in maintaining order and cleanliness of the workplace

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training or professional experience with a mechanical background is desirable
• Technical understanding as well as manual skills are essential
• Independent, reliable, and precise working style
• Team-oriented, responsible, and resilient personality
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (level B2)
