As a Cybersecurity Consultant, your mission is to further develop the business of SPIE ICS AG in relevant cybersecurity domains by designing and implementing services and solutions tailored to customer needs that demonstrate clear business value. You act as a trusted advisor both internally and externally and work closely with sales teams and customers to create compelling offers as well as successfully execute consulting assignments and solution implementations. You bring your expertise gained over several years and your passion for information security to medium-sized and large Swiss companies.

• Collaboration with sales teams to identify customer needs; design, offer, and implementation of customized consulting mandates and cybersecurity solutions; building solid business cases with clear ROI
• Responsibility for pre-sales and post-sales engagements with the goal of presenting and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies that address customer challenges and align with business priorities
• Contribution to the further development of the cybersecurity portfolio (solutions, services, partners, value proposition of SPIE ICS AG)
• Identification of opportunities to integrate innovative solutions and services into customer offers
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
• At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity solution architecture, design, consulting, or a comparable role
• Expertise in one or more of the following cybersecurity areas: SecOps, OT Security, Identity Security, AI Security, Cloud Security, Data Security, and Cyber Maturity (including frameworks, architectures, technologies)
• Proven pre-sales and delivery experience with the ability to align strategies, services, and solutions with customer goals, create business cases, and convincingly demonstrate ROI
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new technologies

Relevant industry and vendor certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, NSE, PCNSE, Microsoft SC300) are an advantage

• Native German speaker with fluent English skills
• Work location: Wallisellen or Bern
