Your Tasks
As the person responsible during the day, you support and accompany the team through the workday and demonstrate your organizational skills. In direct care, you take responsibility for professional care and support of our residents. With your modern understanding of care and your high social competence, you help to shape the care processes in the long term. You handle different and complex situations professionally, with an empathetic and appreciative approach being important to you.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS), education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, among others)
- Ability to work in a team
- Resilience and sense of responsibility
- Empathetic, respectful, and patient interaction with residents
