Technical Project Manager

About the job

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for our branch in Mont-sur-Lausanne, for a 100% workload.

• Design, implement and commission telecommunication systems
• Manage the project, including the financial aspect
• Determine customer needs and establish project documentation
• Prepare offers and data for invoicing
• Evaluate subcontractors and request comparative offers
• Assign and monitor external services related to the project
• Ensure the availability of necessary equipment
• Ensure optimal use of personnel in projects
• Commission and configure installations and systems / handover to the client
• Optimize work processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Ensure quality in projects (services, deadlines, costs)
• Implement management system requirements (management control, quality, environmental protection, health and safety at work) for your area of responsibility

You have a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field and/or a degree in civil engineering. Additional training in telecommunications is a considerable asset.

You already have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, in project management and experience in personnel management. 

You have a good command of MS Office applications.

You possess a category B driving license (essential)

You are organized, versatile, rigorous with a strong customer orientation

You have excellent social skills and a great team spirit, you are reliable, dynamic and stress-resistant.

Cost-conscious, you have good analytical skills and strong negotiation abilities.

Enterprising and creative, you have meticulous and results-oriented organization. 

With a category B driving license, you are flexible and willing to travel throughout Switzerland 

You are perfectly comfortable in French both spoken and written, German and/or English are a considerable asset.
