We are looking for an intern in Lean Production & Process Management to support our production team and actively contribute to making processes clearer, more efficient, and more sustainable.

In this internship, you will work closely with production and design improvements that can be seen, felt, and used every day.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- support the management of a production department with around 110 employees in daily operations.
- create and update training documents using internal software.
- advance the initiative on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) by creating and updating TPM boards at the production facilities.
- use CAD software and 3D printing to create shadow boards for the production lines and optimize them according to 5S principles.
- model processes and bring structure to complex production workflows with clear documentation.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- are preferably studying mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable bachelor's degree program.
- ideally have initial knowledge of lean methods.
- are fluent in German.
- work carefully and independently and take responsibility.
- are characterized by a high willingness to learn and a quick grasp of new information.
