We are looking for a
Junior Event Coordinator Gastronomy 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You assist in the execution of internal and external events and support the planning and implementation of events
- You are flexible and willing to be on site in the evenings and on weekends
- You coordinate communication with service providers, partners, and participants
- You create and maintain schedules and timelines
- You ensure smooth logistics and organization on site
- You support the team with administrative tasks
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed training in gastronomy
- You bring initial professional experience in the event sector in gastronomy, are communicative and have a confident appearance
- Your working style is structured and detail-oriented
- Cooperation willingness, adaptability combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality characterize you
- You have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with event management software
