Your Mission:
To support the growth of our Industries & Manufacturing business in the German-speaking part of Switzerland by helping us position ELCA as a trusted partner for digital transformation.
You will contribute to developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and supporting the sales process for innovative technology solutions.
As a sales manager, you must be someone:
• Curious and eager to learn more and stay up to date with the market

• Comfortable interacting with customers
• Team player who enjoys working with consultants, architects and delivery teams
• Motivated to grow into a full sales or account management role
Your role
🔹 Support Industry Growth
• Identify and research target accounts in the Manufacturing and Industrial sector
• New logo acquisition for selling ELCAs solutions
• Contribute to building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Support account development activities with senior sales
🔹 Build Customer Relationships
• Engage with C-Suite, IT and business stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Head of IT, CDO, Operations)
• Participate in meetings, workshops and customer discussions
• Help position ELCA as a trusted technology and transformation partner
🔹 Support Sales Opportunities
• Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses and presentations
• Contribute to developing value propositions and business cases
• Coordinate with internal teams across various solutions such as ERP, CRM, Data & AI, Cloud, Security and Custom Development
🔹 Market & Industry Insights
• Monitor trends in Manufacturing and Industry 4.0
• Support marketing and event activities
• Contribute to building ELCA’s visibility in the Industrial ecosystem
Your profile:
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting or IT services
• Interest in digital transformation within industrial and manufacturing companies
• Basic understanding of enterprise technologies such as:
- ERP, CRM systems OR
- Data & analytics platforms OR
- Cloud technologies OR
• Strong communication skills in German and English ( French is a plus )
