We are a medium-sized, globally operating manufacturing company in the field of feed and food additives. For our warehouse, we are looking for a responsible leader who creates structures, continuously improves processes, and is also willing to pitch in themselves.

Your area of responsibility:

• Leading and further developing a team of about 5 employees
• Overall responsibility for all processes in the warehouse
• Ensuring quantity, timing, quality, and correct storage location
• Budget responsibility for the warehouse area
• Continuous improvement of warehouse processes, order, and standards
• Training employees and ensuring compliance with rules and guidelines within the framework of quality and safety systems
• Responsibility for infrastructure and work equipment (e.g., industrial trucks)
• Supporting management with investments, offers, and calculations
• Active participation in daily business – from inventory, forklift driving to loading

Your profile:

• Completed training and experience in warehouse logistics
• Forklift license
• Experience handling hazardous materials (optional hazardous materials officer)
• Leadership experience in an operational environment
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Economic thinking
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work operationally
• Ideally experience in a manufacturing company
