Asset Manager Real Estate Switzerland (80-100%)
Excerpt from your area of responsibility:
- Responsibility for a portfolio of around 40 properties (residential, commercial): strategy, planning, control
- Development of property strategies
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and investment calculations
- Management of external property management companies
- Marketing and vacancy management
- Owner mandate vis-à-vis commercial tenants including contract negotiations
- Representation of owner interests in construction projects

For this, you need the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in asset/portfolio management
- Higher education in the real estate sector (real estate trustee) or degree/postgraduate studies related to real estate
- Experience in strategic management of real estate, client representation, and marketing
- Good knowledge of tenancy law and property management
- Negotiation experience
- Conceptual and strategic thinking skills
- Independent working style, social competence, teamwork skills
- French language skills are an advantage
