Head of Agricultural Continuing Education

The ARENENBERG is the competence center for agriculture and nutrition in the canton of Thurgau.
The education sector includes basic and continuing education for the agricultural field.
We are looking for a teaching and specialist person for the continuing education sector from December 1, 2025 or by arrangement.

You take over the professional and organizational management of our courses for prospective farm managers, masters, and technicians in agriculture.
With your commitment, you strategically develop the continuing education sector and competently accompany the participants on their way to graduation.

What to expect

• Take responsibility: You plan, organize, and lead our courses.
• Support people: You are a reliable contact person and supportive companion for the participants from the first day until graduation.
• Share knowledge: You teach at the continuing education level (and basic education) in the agricultural field.
• Strengthen practice: You coach on farm studies and business plans.
• Participate: You contribute to cantonal and national expert committees.

• Education and experience in the agricultural sector (e.g., master’s degree, HF technician diploma, FH agronomy or equivalent)
• Experience in adult education or willingness to familiarize yourself with this area
• Organizational talent, communication skills, and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Independent and structured way of working

• A versatile and meaningful activity with plenty of creative freedom
