Job Description
For our IT department, we are looking for a support technician (levels 1 and 2) at 50% (every morning). In this role, in daily contact with our employees, you will perform the following tasks:
- Install workstations and software
- Respond to support requests (via the ticket system, as well as the support phone line)
- Intervene within the hour and ensure troubleshooting to allow users to work as soon as possible
- Actively participate in improving the work environment
- Participate in the maintenance of systems and networks, as well as the implementation of new solutions
- Participate in apprentice training
- Participate in the company's digitalization projects
Qualifications
Versatile, rigorous, and organized, you know how to manage several tasks in parallel. Proactive and reactive, you anticipate and adequately address needs. You continuously keep up to date with new technologies and enjoy sharing your knowledge, especially with our team apprentices. Attentive and able to adapt to any interlocutor, you are service- and solution-oriented.
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an IT specialist or an equivalent qualification, with experience in a similar position. You master micro-computing and hybrid Office 365 and Windows environments. You are interested in VMware infrastructures, Cisco, and CAD/CAE software.
