About the job
KESB Winterthur-Andelfingen is responsible for ordering civil law protective measures in case of child welfare endangerment as well as for adults in need of assistance. The Central Services, with a total of around 22 employees, consist of the staff as well as the departments of Audit (checking inventories and accounts in existing guardianships) and Office (reception and intake). Would you like to apply your generalist knowledge in versatile leadership and management tasks? A motivated team awaits you from August 1, 2026, or by arrangement.Your Tasks
- Personnel and organizational management of Central Services with three directly subordinated staff members and two department heads
- Responsibility for the specialist areas of finance, reporting/controlling, process management, IT, infrastructure, and security
- Advice and support of the presidency in business management (including budget, controlling) and operational matters
- Project management
- Further development of the organization, optimization of workflows and processes
Your Profile
- Tertiary degree in business administration
- Solid knowledge in project and process management as well as finance, preferably in administration
- Several years of leadership experience
- Service-oriented and organizationally strong personality with flexibility and high learning ability
- Enjoyment of comprehensive and new issues and interdisciplinary collaboration in a social environment
