About the job
Activities- Responsible for and ensuring the professional and operational management of the department, including implementation of service agreements, budget responsibility, as well as quality and process optimization
- Leading, developing, and organizing employees, including deployment planning, employee interviews, and professional crisis management
- Ensuring compliance with compliance, quality, and financial requirements, including controlling, invoice verification, as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Coordinating and maintaining collaboration with municipalities, cantons, authorities, and other stakeholders, as well as ensuring transparent information flow
- Responsible for the strategic development of the department, including market observation, acquisition, site development, and management of strategic projects
Requirements
- Completed training in social work or equivalent (additional certificates in leadership/management training advantageous, etc.)
- Several years of leadership experience
- Very good use of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
